CLUB RUGBY ADMINISTRATION
Northern California Rugby Football Union (NCRFU)

The NCRFU was created as a governance vehicle for rugby in Northern California in 1932, when US Olympic teammates Ed "Mush" Graff, Lefty Rogers, and a few others incorporated the Northern California Rugby Football Union.

The Union is comprised of the Board of Directors and Divisional Representatives, which make up the Executive Committee.

Each year, the NCRFU convenes all members of the Union in the context of an Annual General Meeting (AGM).  At this time, the members of the Union engage in discussion related to:

  • New club acceptance
  • By-laws
  • Competitions
  • Election of officers
  • Financial Reporting and Review
  • Northern California Representative Teams
  • Training, Education and Development for Coaches and Referees
  • Tournament Play
  • General NCRFU business relating to game development in Northern California
