For those not attending regionals, we are pleased to share an opportunity to bolster Northern California's rugby referee corps.

We have had a number of times this year where matches were not covered because of a referee shortage.
All of us in rugby benefit from more, and better, referees. Think about who you know that might be ready to
take up the whistle. And urge them to get certified now.
New refs will be able to start refing in summer sevens in June, and ref coaches will be among the many resources
to support these newly certified refs throughout the year. Please send one or more attendees to this upcoming course.
