2025 WRCRA Annual Conference

We are thrilled to announce our support for the 2025 Women’s Rugby Coaches & Referees Association (WRCRA) Annual Conference, which will take place from January 17-19, 2025, at the Westin Downtown Denver, CO.

The WRCRA conference is the largest annual gathering of coaches, referees, administrators, journalists, and supporters of women’s rugby in the United States. It provides an excellent opportunity to meet and network with the key players driving women's rugby in our country, from local grassroots through high performance.

What to Expect at This Year's Conference:

• Over 25 Sessions in 4 Tracks: Health, Administration & Governance, Coaching, and Tactical & Technical

• Keynote Panel: Featuring 2024 Olympic Captains Naya Tapper and Lauren Doyle, USWNT and professional player Alycia Washington, and USAR Director of High Performance, Tamara Sheppard

• Friday Cocktail Hour & Saturday Evening Awards Banquet: Recognizing the Kathy Flores Lifetime Achievement winners

• Women’s Rugby History Museum

• Regional Gatherings & Networking Opportunities: Connect with some of the biggest names in US women's rugby, both past and present

Additionally, the NCRFU Executive Committee has authorized the reimbursement of up to $400 for conference expenses (registration fees or travel costs) for the first 10 NCRFU members who request reimbursement.
